Executive coaching
I offer coaching for individuals who are looking to grow. I want to work with people who want to grow and to get some clarity about how that could look. I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute and my coaching is grounded in the Co-Active model which means creating a working relationship of equals; each of us bringing our own expertise to the relationship; and it’s all for the sake of learning and transformation.
I offer packages of six sessions; prior to working together we would meet for a chemistry session - a short “get to know you” and actually do some coaching together to check that we click (essential in a coaching relationship). As a member of Co-Active faculty, I also offer specialised coaching programmes for Co-Active students in certification. I work both in-person and online.
I offer team coaching to organisations who are looking to either address a specific challenge (eg. working with adverse staff feedback about leadership culture) or to develop the capacity of a leadership team to deliver results. My coaching is grounded in the Co-Active model, and in team coaching I seek to reveal how the team is working (dynamics, biases, assumptions, beliefs) that may not be serving the team and help set up systems to counter those.

Assessment: Leadership Circle
Supporting both the executive and team coaching offers is the Leadership Circle 360 assessment tool for which I am a licensed practitioner. This is an industry leading assessment tool incorporating many different streams of research into a single tool providing leaders with a profile of the impact they are having, and pathways to grow as a leader. The process involves leaders selecting respondents (10-20 is ideal) from among their colleagues, customers and suppliers who then answer a survey about the leader. I then work to debrief the results, and to develop a development plan with the leader.

Coaching without such an assessment relies on the coachee’s read of their impact alone; this tool provides real data as well as verbatim about leader impact and accelerates the coaching process by providing both coach and coachee the same data and enabling the coach to challenge blind spots more proactively.

Facilitation
I’m an accredited member of the Co-Active Institute’s coaching faculty and as such deliver Co-Active programmes in a corporate environment where the focus is on training leaders in coaching skills in support of their work as opposed to training them to be professional coaches. . I work both in-person and online, and deliver in English and French and am accredited to bring the Co-Active coaching programme into organisations. I offer facilitation services for companies mostly in the learning environment where it concerns leadership growth, coaching and relationship. For example, I work with a large corporation on the relationship aspects of the sales process (such as objection handling and discovery conversations) using both facilitation and coaching skills to create experiential learning.
How do people come to work when life throws challenges their way, as a cut-down version of themselves?
